At the heart of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Arambol, North Goa, is the meeting of traditional Hatha Yoga and Somatic Movement. You’ll build a strong, classical foundation while learning to move with awareness, listen to your body and explore yoga beyond the shapes.
Along the way, you’ll also experience Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, so you can feel the many ways we move and inhabit the body, and discover what resonates with you.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or years into your practice, you’ll leave with your own understanding of yoga and the beginnings of your own voice as a teacher. Because this training isn’t only about learning how to practise yoga. It’s about understanding why we practise, and making it your own.
Tell us a little about yourself. We’ll reply personally on WhatsApp within 24 hours to answer your questions and talk you through the next steps.
